1. There were only a few Americans on staff, and with our unemployment problem, it really put a bad taste in my mouth when everyone at the hotel answered me in a south African or Australian accent.

3. All that said, our room was very beautiful, the bed was so inviting and comfortable, there were more towels than we could use and the management on hand while not effective at solving the inconsiderate housekeeper problems were responsive and did try to follow-up.

Here is a list of the problems we encountered: the residences did not have a current manager, car didn't pick us up at the airport as arranged, the concierge gave us another person's itinerary for the week and when I said it was not ours she argued with me, we were given someone else's luggage, they lost a package that they had already confirmed was there--we called for it 5 times until it was found, and this was just in the first 2 hours.

9. There was no hot water in our room and even after it was supposedly fixed, the problem persisted.

10. The only problem we had was that late at night our suite bedroom AC motor burnt out and the smell was bad as well as AC did not work and really uncomfortable.
