1. The furniture was mismatched, scuffed and damaged, the room was only partially renovated, the bedding and drapes were old and in poor condition and there was no bath.

3. Restaurant reservations were all nicely handled and she recommended Rustique as an alternative to Cache-Cache (I steered clear of that due to poor reviews on Tripadvisor) and it was phenomenal.

The service was poor--'butler' service is a joke--We had to wait 20 minutes for shampoo because the maid service did not put any shampoo in our room, $100 room service breakfast--no milk or cream with the coffee (because 'assumed we like it black'), walked out the door and no one ever held the door for us or the kids even though there were several bell hops standing around.

6. The high speed wireless was actually quite good, the furniture was your typical uncomfortable mid level hotel issue, the all important bed was of only average comfort, the lighting was very poor, it had a nice shower that actually had hot water after only 3-4 minutes.
