I do want to mention a couple problem areas: the hotel graciously offers the breakfast buffet (normally $40) on a complimentary basis during the last week of December, but the downside to that is that there's always a slew of people and you could definitely feel that the place was just too understaffed and therefore inattentive at breakfast.
