1. Regis Aspen? The biggest issue was the service in the lobby lounge which was extraordinarily slow (30 minutes to order and get a beverage), dirty (wait staff didn't seem too worried about cleaning the tables), and insulting (waitress was unnecessarilly rude when my 31 year old wife didn't have her ID on her) .

2. During turndown at night the maid folded our dirty clothes and place them in neat piles.

3. The service at the pool was nothing great, the pool was dirty and they began to close down the pool area at 5:30pm by putting covers over the chairs when service was supposed to go until 6:00pm.
