1. The next morning I informed the front desk of the A/C problem and watched the clerk write down the info and say it would be look into.

2. Stayed here and while the facilty itself is fairly average for the area, one problem was irritating in that it happened over and over, and made for a few inconvenient moments.

3. It sounded like an airplane ready to take off when it was on, and the problem with the kid's suite is that it stays on all the time because it is in the kids' room while the thermostat is in the other room, so it can't regulate (there are doors you can pull together to separate the rooms).

5. They stated that they have no "live infestation currently, but had a recent problem" but when I pulled the box springs back they had bugs, hatched egg cases, and smear marks from the bug poop.
