1. NEGATIVE ASPECTS OF THE HOTEL:- Very limited parking: uncovered parking minimal and garage parking little to non.

3. negatives were bad soundproofing of rooms (thought we had a herd of elephants stampeding upstairs), dodgy plumbing in the bathroom (needed maintenance twice) and laundry facilities consisted of one functioning washer and dryer, which is pretty inadequate for a hotel of this size - we had to find a coin laundry to wash our clothes.

8. The negatives: The fridge in our room wasn't very cold, and had no little 'freezer' compartment at the top; we have an autistic son that only eats certain foods, and we had planned to freeze ice packs every night to bring his lunch into the park.

9. The negative I have was when the airline contracted delivery services (yes my bags went to a different airport, but that is another blog) they phoned the hotel and they said I was not a registered guest and therefore refused to delivery our luggage.

10. The only negative I have about the room was one of the draps were torn and needed to be replaced, but it was very clean.
