Pros: - The staff are very accommodating- The room was clean and comfortable - Across the road to Disneyland - Kids loved the pool and spa being indoors no issues with sunburn (however it does get noisy in there)- viewing deck for fireworks Cons: - We stayed in a parlor suite with an interconnecting room door, which unfortunately lets noise through from that room.

5. The parking unfortunately is horrible, not nearly enough and the underground parking is a bit scary at night.

6. We stayed in a Parlor Suite A room, which was perfect, since unfortunately, I snore and didn`t want to keep the others awake, so I slept on the sleeper sofa in the separate parlor area, that is separated from the main room by a door, so everyone slept well.

7. In response to some of the negatives Ive seen posted, We checked in an hour early with no problems, not that i cared but we did have 2 remotes for the 2 tvs, front staff was great especially the afternoon folks, the morning guy was not my favorite, wish i knew his name but unfortunately thiers always one bad apple i guess.
