6. We stopped by the front desk every morning to inquire about the issue and never once were we addressed with much of any concern about the used mouthgaurd.

7. When I pointed out the noise issue the response was 'when you rang and asked for a quiet room they recommended the room on the end so you wouldn't be in the middle with neighbours'.

8. After having issues with the page loading the front desk staff were kind enough to let me use their reception phone to call Disney direct (this detail is important as you will see below) By 5 am the next morning my opinion had changed.

10. What is nice for our family is that once we get to the hotel were done with travel hassles, no parking issues, bus schedules or traffic we just get up and walk to the park and come back when were ready.
