One thing I thought that was done really well was one day we decided to leave our 'do not disturb' signs on the doors so the maid service wouldn't come when we wanted to bring the kids back for naps (it seemed that they usually came around 1:00 or 2:00) Later that afternoon they called us to see if we still wanted maid service that day.
