1. What is nice for our family is that once we get to the hotel were done with travel hassles, no parking issues, bus schedules or traffic we just get up and walk to the park and come back when were ready.

We chose it for three main reasons: (1) location to Disneyland (30 yards from the intersection that takes you across to the main pedestrian entrance allowing you the freedom to come-and-go as you please without the hassle of waiting for shuttle buses), (2) availability of a Parlour Family Suite (2 large rooms with 2 queen beds in each and two full bathrooms and a separate smaller TV room with hide-a-bed sofa) that was perfect for our group size and (3) a very reasonable low season room rate.

7. If you want to stay at a hotel that is close to Disneyland and clean try either hotel on both sides of this one and you`ll get better service and not have to hassle with the parking.

8. Until 3 years ago when we found the Desert Inn, no hassle check in, no long walk to your car, restaurant nearby has something for everyone.
