1. We have 2 kids & the room beneath complained because the kids were jumping so their is no sound proofing.

4. Breakfast consisted of cereal, pastries, fruit and toast - I read a lot of people complaining about it, but seriously it's all you need, besides who can stomach hot breakfast every morning.
