1. My only complaints are the evelator which we only used to get luggage to and from our rooms, it was slow and alway busy.

CONS: Too basic (this is not a hotel you want to do much besides sleep at); beds are VERY VERY hard; only top floor rooms are quiet; one elevator- can be slow; breakfast basically junk and inedible; pool indoors and right on parking lot; bathroom is in bedroom of the parlor A suite and fan was noisy; parking may be valet if full; parking cramped (cars too close); no landscaping onsite.
