1. Carefully escorted the mouthgaurd to the front desk to talk to a manager (either room or front desk) but was told they(front desk) would tell the manager and that the manager would quickly respond to our problem.

3. I have read about parking nightmares but this was not a problem for us, as we did not move our vehicle during our entire stay.

9. This hotel has a lot of rooms and if you are at the back as we were, as another reviewer mentioned the wifi is a bit questionable but you can walk down to reception and use their computer or access the wifi there so its not really a problem.

10. One problem and it seems to be a regular problem is when you return from the park late (with everybody else) there is no hot water.
