1. unfortunately we were so busy inside the park we only had two nights to enjoy the pool.

4. unfortunately, my family and I woke up to the noise of kids and adults chattering away going back to their rooms after (I supposed) was the theme park visits, and my family couldn't sleep very well after that.

7. It was my youngest son's 13th birthday whilst we were there and, although it arrived a day late, the hotel brought him a bunch of balloons; lots of little gifts and a cake from the Coldstone Creamery (unfortunately we were leaving and didn't get to collect the cake.

8. We didn't have chance to use the pool and it was a shame we hadn't booked another night, although we did have the chance to keep the room, unfortunately we were already booked in elsewhere.

9. The only unfortunate part was the wifi was not working on the last day of our stay, however, the staff were very helpful and did our flight check in on their computers.
