1. Yes - 1st floor can be noisy with feet tromping overhead - whole place can be noisy - think where you are.

But it also has pool noise until about 10pm, breakfast starts at 7am so there are people running and banging along the verander, the cleaners are very noisy with walkie talkies too, which disturbed my son's afternoon nap (so much for the convenience of coming back for a nap) and the traffic noise is also horrendous at all hours.
