1. we had a couple issues in the room that needed attention (broken TV remote, unwanted roll away bed) and they addressed it immediately.

There was a very odd odor in the room, never could figure out what it was, and the beds creaked like a haunted house; one of the lamps over the bed had a broken switch, which likely is a fire hazard, and they used the dimmest bulbs possible in all lights, so you never got good light in the place.

9. The air conditioning unit was located in the Sink/Kitchen area and the fins that should stay open to allow the air to pass through were broken so we had to use a face cloth to keep them open.
