2. If you don't mind the dated/well-used furnishings and appreciate a great bargain and fabulous service this is the hotel for you and your family.

4. First off we made reservations for 2 rooms back in May, and even though we ended up changing our dates slightly, the gentleman who assisted me over the phone was more than accomodating with it.

5. We were pleasantly surprised to find one afternoon upon returning from the park that they had replaced a rather dated but still working fine AC unit with a brand new one.

7. It was hard enough when we was putting it all together and tried to get her to verify costs and answer questions but when we was booking 8 rooms when it was getting time to pay for the rooms and she wouldn't return our calls and it had to be paid for by a certain date to guarantee our rooms and she would not help us at all it was getting very frustrating.

10. No, it is not fancy, it is somewhat dated and in need of a makeover and yes, the cleaning leaves something to be desired however, I knew ALL this beforehand and was prepared for it.
