1. The morning breakfast staff is amazing, I don't know how they keep cheerful faces with all the rude, selfish guests grabbing at food.

3. Arriving from a long trip, to a hotel that didn't have my room ready wasn't as bad as waiting in the lobby with a front desk clerk who was very rude(Arlene) she had NO professionalism in what she did very BAD looking to top it off.

5. The qirls speak spanish in front of you (very rude) they let the phone ring forever before answering (annoying) and the chubby girl (Arlene) that 'helped' me was so unfamiliar with what she was doing, she was clueless.
