3. You won't have to feel bad about your kids disturbing anyone, because this place is all about running, banging, stomping, yelling, hyper kids.

4. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are average but very clean, breakfast was great (the waffles are absolutely delicious), the location cannot be beat, and the view for the fireworks was not bad at all.

The main reason we booked this hotel is the great location, only few minutes to the Disneyland front entrance, the breakfast was a full breakfast, better choices than expected, the only thing we don't like they use a very strong cleaner inside the breakfast area, it is very bad to smell that first thing in the morning at 7 am, we mentioned it to the supervisor but didn't improved at all.

8. I would have given them an excellent if they had a more permanent awning that they could put over the patio to allow for more seating in bad weather.

9. No lifts so had to carry our suitcases up one flight of stairs, but not too bad.

10. The TV needs to be updated badly especially the one in our room which is programmed to turn on to a channel that doesn't work but just displays snow and on about volume 100 so you have to be careful or otherwise it will wake up the kids.
