1. Hotel offers internet service, but it isn't workable most of time which frustrated my daughters no end; one of them had to drive to a nearby Starbucks to send an important business message.

It was hard enough when we was putting it all together and tried to get her to verify costs and answer questions but when we was booking 8 rooms when it was getting time to pay for the rooms and she wouldn't return our calls and it had to be paid for by a certain date to guarantee our rooms and she would not help us at all it was getting very frustrating.

The kids loved the bunkbeds and the room was always scrupulously clean and had plenty of towels; the only complaints were that the air conditioning smelled a little odd (but we're not used to a/c; does it always smell bad?) and there was no designated reading light over the bunks, which at times frustrated the 12-year-old.
