1. After sleeping in a rather uncomfortable bed for the first part of my travels, I was delighted to discover that the mattress on the bed was similar to the one I had at home.

Expected better service: cleaning service was inconsistent (sometimes they left clean cups and sometimes they didn't; sometimes they left the bathing goodies and sometimes they didn't), fitted sheet did not fit the bed and slipped off making the mattress uncomfortable, soda machine was empty for 2 days and staff was not interested in doing something about the inconvenience.
