1. The only complaint I have was that our room was on the 1st floor near the main entrance and it was a bit noisy in the evening with people hanging out right outside our sliding glass door smoking cigarettes.

9. My main complaint is that the room I booked 2 months prior through the parent company Sterling Hotels and even confirmed it online the day I left was not available.
