5. First let me reassure you that I am not one of those type that complain about hotels I am usually happy where I stay and I am not hard to please and I never even write reviews but after I stayed here I had to write a review because the beautiful architecture and art DOES NOT outweigh the quality of the stay here.

10. I do not plan to complain to the hotel, as Pets Can Stay obviously doesn't enforce the guidelines so I think it would be a waste of my time.
