2. we were not happy about the cleanliness of the room at all the only thing that was done daily was the bed and towels, no clean glasses no clean ice bucker or bag in ice buckets dust all over the place no vacuming was done , did speak with girls at front desk on several occasions, always told manager in meeting, food trays were left in hallway on floor for two days told front desk still on floor in morning this was everyday every evening we would come back to the same dirty trays on flloor in hallway, this is a real shame because the room was wonderful, the hotel was beautiful, the food was not bad however it was very limited and no changes same menu everyday, so after two meals we went elsewhere.
