1. The staff at the front desk, the bar/restaurant staff were all very nice, and on the whole, we had quite an enjoyable stay, though the room was not that clean and we had some issues with the housekeeping staff.

6. The issues: no airport shuttle (taxi ride - $30); AC was barely working, though the desk attendant was helpful and placed me on the 3rd floor because the 5th 'is too hot'; local calls are $0.
