1. The mattress was sunken in in the middle to the point that it was hard to stay on one side of the bed.

First let me reassure you that I am not one of those type that complain about hotels I am usually happy where I stay and I am not hard to please and I never even write reviews but after I stayed here I had to write a review because the beautiful architecture and art DOES NOT outweigh the quality of the stay here.
