5. Our room faced out toward the freeway, and I expected to have to deal with lots of road noise, but actually it wasn't bad at all.

Basically, bad service, thin walls (we could hear the people in the next room, the traffic and we were awakened very early every day by the staff hanging out in the hallways and talking very loudly), no breakfast, you don't get all the amenities promised, room not cleaned every day, internet was very slow, TV/ Radio/ A/C didn't work properly.
