5. Even better, once I returned home and informed the hotel of this, I was told that I was wrong and they do not have a bed bug problem.

9. The guy on the front desk is clearly in the wrong industry, his customer service skills are few and far between Dont expect any flexibility with check in, he wont let you in the room before 2pm, and am sure would charge you if you checked out after 11am.
