1. If there is an issue with a room, the hotel staff and Manager (Ginger, who is always great.

3. Location is very good with lots of great bars and restaurants in walking distance, but road noise was an issue.

4. And when I contacted Travelodge Corporate directly they claimed I didn't stay at the hotel so they couldn't address my issues, but I was charged.

5. There was some mold in the shower, the ceiling look like it has significant issues, and the room could have been cleaner.

6. What truly shocked me was the fire safety, I've never complained to a city about anything before - but in this case I was motivated to make my first, San Francisco has a policy of doing site checks within one business day of fires safety issues.
