1. The staff were ok, however we complained about the noise one day, next thing we know we have the thugs in the room next to us banging on the door seperating our rooms screaming and cursing at us because reception had told them we'd complained.

5. He wouldn't refund my money so I made sure to continue complaining, loudly, in front of guests checking in for a good ten minutes.

7. What truly shocked me was the fire safety, I've never complained to a city about anything before - but in this case I was motivated to make my first, San Francisco has a policy of doing site checks within one business day of fires safety issues.
