1. Beggers sat outside, urine smells, homeless center just down the street, the area is shady and dangerous and you dont feel safe at all.

7. TIPS:Avoid the smoking rooms (on the south side of the building), as the smoke smell is heavy and unbearable (and I'm a former smoker not easily bothered by smoke).
