1. TIPS:avoid the smoking rooms (on the south side of the building), as the smoke smell is heavy and unbearable (and I'm a former smoker not easily bothered by smoke).

5. Live and learn, if leaving late and need the room to hold stuff, rest book it with the original booking to avoid getting hit a big one day bill.
