3. While it probably not the fault of the motel that their customers behaved so badly, it is their responsibility to take action so that others are not affected, and failing that, an apology and a refund are in order.

4. There were only two pillows and the bed was pretty bad, we weren't too bothered until we reached the bathroom and saw that there was a sharps box for needles in there, this really summed up the kind of place it was.
