1. No real complaints as it is clean and central, but there where constant homeless people in the car park, going through the bins and asking for change every time we left or came back to the room and no on seems to thinks anything of it.

2. I e-mailed a complaint to Travelodge customer care, and received an e-mailed apology (which was appreciated), along with a promise that I would hear from the motel manager by 6/23, but I have not heard from this manager, and a second message to customer care has not been answered.

9. Our complaints are: small and dirty rooms, very noisy from street and other rooms, noise from others taking a bath, interior is damaged, neigborhood is rough, breakfast was only coffee, sweet cereal, Sara Lee cakes.
