1. It is so sad in my view as my wife and I would have loved to have visited a number of places but decided we did not want to pass over or by some of these smelly dirty people who frequent almost every part of San Francisco.

6. sadly we have encountered vagrants in other US cities and given the lack of state support for the homeless and those with mental health difficulties this problem is only going to get worse.
