4. I had made a 1 nite reservation but extended this to 2 nights, the hotel locked me inside their overpriced ($35) carpark (after the first night), and the staff were rude when i pointed out that i had actually paid $70 for 2 nights parking.

6. - wireless internet not working (modem connections are even faster)- rooms poorly maintained : part of furnitures missing in some rooms, - noisy elevators if your room is close by: be ready to count every cabin going up and down all night long if your room is close by- front desk staff rude- management even more rude- had to change 3 times of room in a single night, packing and unpacking, no help offered-was due to stay a week .

9. very low supply on soaps etc , very noisy elevaters which causes disturbance in night,gift shop personal very rude , all in all they should try to improve the quality.
