2. It's not my problem that your rooms have poor accoustic or sound insulation or you should have placed me in a floor where there are no guests beside my room if you can not take noise.

6. The only problem - the area, even close to the Civic center, is noisy at night and not secure at all - lot of homelesss and dangerous looking people directly in front of the hotel.

7. Each morning I walked at least two miles and never had a problem.

8. The next day, I ask the front desk to see if they can address the issue and when I return and took a shower, nice, they fix the problem.

9. the only thing that may put people off is the amount of homeless people around the area but I did NOT have any problems while staying in the area.
