1. - Hats off to the friendly and accommodating staff, particularly Benny who checked us inCONS- Although the hotel does offer their washers as a service, there were only a few of them and it was really difficult to get a load in.

4. Overall, despite their ultimately reasonable response to our initial problem, I find it difficult to recommend this hotel, principally because it isn't good enough to outweigh the need to run the gauntlet of drinkers and rough sleepers to go anywhere.
