overpriced
($35) carpark (after the first night), and the staff were rude when i pointed out that i had actually paid $70 for 2 nights parking.

overpriced
breakfest, I had decided to checkout early at 9am, and move on to Hilton Financial District, when they would offer me a free breakfest as a gold member, plus much better internet connection.
