1. -The only negative remark I have to make , is the fact that since it is situated in Tenderloin it is likely that you will be woken up by drunk people shouting in the street or something.

4. The only negative thing about it was that although the location was near a great shopping area and Union Square the block in particular that the hotel is on is really sketchy.
