1. During the day they are more annoying than dangerous but at night there is the risk of being mugged if you're not careful.

2. The only thing that really bugged me is in addition to the $30/night valet parking, they charge an additional four or five dollars per night as a valet parking 'tax' which I found annoying given I thought I was paying $30 a night (which is high enough).
