That was a room with the bathroom sink broke and the shower head was broken too wasent good idea to state on this hotel for me my wife and my 2 kids is good idea to look the room before you check in the room and i ask for Battle opener some guy was standing out side for the opener because they gett it from bar shower towel toilette paper is ticker then the towel in shower.

Some of the highlights; loud guests loitering in hallways, with no response from front desk; broken TV, with insulting response from front desk ('I can`t be bothered with complaints in the middle of the night'--it was midnight, when we returned to our room); and after we sent an email to the management to complain, the owner called us, reassured us, and offered a free night in one of his OTHER hotels--coupon in the mail, which, needless to say, never arrived.
