6. Dirty/stained carpet everywhere, the walls and ceilings were made of card board: the noise from rooms next door can be heard and when somebody is walking in the room above it's like walking on your head.

7. It's disturbing to me that the dead bed bug and the blood stains were met by hotel staff with denial rather than a statement that they would pursue extermination services for the hotel.

9. Having said that, I have read reviews in the past where people complain about a crack they found in a tile or a stain on the carpet of the hotel.
