1. Although I did call the confirm my reservations the night before and Ophelia was almost rude in her tone.

7. Upon calling the front desk staff who were most rude to us to explain that this was not what we had reserved they explained that they didn`t have what we reserved and that they gave us a free 'upgrade' and that if we did want two double beds that we would have to pay more.

10. We got put in a smoking room since we had a small dog and dealt with it, but then were rudely awakened our second morning by the front desk telling us that we had to move our car from the space that they originally assigned to us because they were re-paving the lot we were in.
