1. Only two minor complaints: The hotel is an older building with thin walls, and loud talking can sometimes be heard from adjoining rooms.

5. The hotel moved me and my coworker roomie to a new room and agreed to pay for dry and steam-cleaning of all of our belongings, even though they insisted they had never heard such a complaint before.

10. At checkout be sure to receive you account, we where charged 130$ for two 5 minute phone calls, pretty outrageous if you ask me, don`t attend express checkout if you use the phone, check your bill or you will not be able to complaint later.
