2. we prepaid for this hotel, yet were punished for not having a credit card, we were made pay alot of dollars as a deposit and had to plead to keep the phone, this was ridiculous treatment and they need to understand not everybody has a credit card, an unclean and old feel about the place, dont stay and the area is not pretty or safe.
