1. The only major issue was the fact, that we were forced to change rooms during the last night due to the piping malfunction, fortunately with a decent remedy offer from the the hotel.

3. I've read other reviews about signing into the hotel at night, problems with additional guests in rooms, and catching flack from security for the noise, we didn't have any issues of the sort.

10. But those issues were resolved promply by the hotel staff - in the the case of the heating, I was immediately provided with a good portable heater for use as needed during the rest of my stay.
