1. Does that mean that they are letting you know up front that they will be trying to steal or damage your equipment? Luckily we had theft protection on our system so we were ok, but we were not happy either.

2. We looked at the card we had been given when we first left the car at the hotel and it said that the garage is not responsible for radio or clock damage.
