1. Some of the furniture was a little worn but it still allowed you to imagine what it might have been like living in a 1st class residential hotel in the 1920's atop of Nob Hill.

4. When we arrived at the hotel the room we where given was tiny (15 sq/m or 160 sq/feet), worn carpets, queen bed (not king) and by the looks of the bathroom it was obviously a room for handicapped i.

5. Of note, the coverlet bedspread was worn and had several prominent stains, but as the chambermaid came in nightly to fold up the spread and turn down the sheets (and leave 2 complimentary water bottles), this wasn't too pressing an issue.

8. The carpets, drapes and furniture, what little there was, were worn and dirty, the lighting was poor, the bathroom was miniscule and there was a musty smell in the room (which was #1203) I complained the next morning, we were changed to #1003 which was in the same condition.
