Although I am quite demanding I hate complaining so I just accepted the facts and proceeded to take a shower (had just flown in from Chicago), as it was a handicapped shower I had to duck as shower head was unusually low plus there was no room to move due to pulley seat, by the end of the shower I was so angry I went down to reception looking for blood (by this time I was fully dressed.

5. My gin and tonics packed a real punch (I'm not complaining) so I would think ordering doubles isn't necessary.

6. Oh, the person who complained about it being remote 'up on a hill' is right; however, they have a free car service which we took twice.

9. The carpets, drapes and furniture, what little there was, were worn and dirty, the lighting was poor, the bathroom was miniscule and there was a musty smell in the room (which was #1203) I complained the next morning, we were changed to #1003 which was in the same condition.
